European Union – Free shipping
Orders within EU will be shipped with PostNord AB, GLS, DHL or UPS. Orders within EU will de delivered 
within 3-5 business days unless you choose our express shipping option (1-2 days).

USA & Rest of the world – Free shipping
Orders will be shipped by PostNord AB, DHL, FedEx or UPS. The delivery time is 3-5 business days 
unless you choose our express shipping option (1-2 days).

All orders are processed in Dollars (USD). Orders outside the European Union are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. These charges and delays are at the customer’s own expense.

Return a product

We offer a 30-day free return policy.
Refunds will be processed approximately three weeks upon receipt of your returned frame(s).
This requires you to return the item unused and in its original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of the following locations:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items that have not been used or are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to one of the locations mentioned above.
